I was in one on 2009-2010 at .001 that uplisted to Nasdaq at $4/share in one day, it is now about $50/share and I still own my shares.

Tgtx was Mhan in 2009, a dead stick Biotech R/S and R/M and thew cash and a drug license deal took it to Nasdaq over night.

Qtmm is doing it this month if the read the SEC 8-K they filed.

For OTC stocks, yes , 99.99999% it would be a stretch, but 3 of the R/M biotech founders are/were CEOs and managing directors of three, billion dollar Financial Publicly traded firms last year when this all started and those resumes on them show that.
