Sorry, but I have to call bullshit on this.

First of all, Miller's and McCoy's relationship goes back to 2001 with SSPC, a then OTCBB ticker. Bringing him on board in 2012 hasn't born any fruit. And it's questionable whether McCoy is even still with USEI in anything but name only.

He certainly doesn't seem to want to be affiliated with USEI in his Linkedin page, as there's no mention of it.

Secondly, trying to say USEI is "going solar" with Tata is ridiculous. McCoy only holds the position of Business Development Executive.
