Agree with you on one aspect and that is Andy sold his shares at a whopping $65. Also the shares which Plug issued at $65

But all Executive trades are done according to a pre-planned 10b5-1 Rule Plan in their Compensation Agreement.

They have nothing to do with the share price or developments with the company.

That is the POINT of such plans, to remove even the hint of any impropriety.

Which is why so many companies use them.

And further proof is to simply look at the last sale by CEO Marsh.

It was in July 2020, just before the stock ran up into the end of the year.

BEFORE it ran up !

And you know this, yet yo keep posting this as if there is something else going on.

Why ?
