Shail - Great point.

When I sell shares we call it Shorting. But isn't that exactly what PLUG did at $65/share? And did they know about this ticking time bomb when they dumped these shares on the market?

And now when they use some of that $5 billion to buy-back shares at $25, isn't that just short-covering?
