What is most troubling to me is, that they knew about this situation for a while ... long enough for insiders to dump shares. Enough time to create a response that would mitigate the damage, but they didn't.

If Andy knew about this "error" before he dumped, he's in a lot of trouble. If you look at the trading activity in the past few days and weeks this move was telegraphed, totally unprofessional.

Once again they chose to do the wrong things and NOT the right things, and now the shareholders must pay the price, AGAIN. Isn't it about time that management pays?
