My question is, how do they know it was abandoned by its officers? $ZHUD

If their answer is because its in "Default", that doesn't exactly tell you it was abandoned.


If you are a Title 7 entity and your entity status is listed as “Default”, it means you did not file an Initial or Annual List of Officers/State Business License by the due date.

I believe this is correct as far as I know! The only time I have seen them still own shares is in cases where they then get sued because they were issued illegally haha, sometimes they are allowed to still hold shares but they are then locked for a specified period of at least one year
