I am leaning towards that some sort of filing was missed and there hasn't been clarification on it yet from the company.

We don't know. It's understandable to be fearful or curious but the best thing for the stock is for everyone to chill out and let it unfold. That's coming from an 10 year OTC veteran with many trades worth of profit parked here.
