UHC having a Prior Auth requirement will limit automatic switches to generic options.

Why do you think that ANY $9 (or - e.g. - $75 w/o coupon) Vascepa will be switched to $200 gV ... The (current) interpretation - at least by me - that by May 1, 2021 UHC will not cover gV but will cover V (for CVD only).
