I am talking about a written Rx for Vascepa processed by UHC, not someone without insurance or electing to not use their drug benefits. UHC having a Prior Auth requirement will limit automatic switches to generic options. Currently switching across the board is happening without checks and balances unless provider states Dispense as Written on the Rx. ‘Fake’ refers to anything but Vascepa when prescribed for reduce-It indications
