RJ32, you are stating accurately what was said in the tweet, but I assure you, it was literal wording at that time, because at the time of that tweet, Feb 1, Henry believed the filing was not far away. Thus, how it was worded.
Fast forward to last week when the call was announced. It was done because Henry was convinced to schedule the call whether filing was going to be done or not, so he could address shareholders directly via Zoom, and not put out anymore tweets about delays, if it comes to that.
The CC will take place whether the filing is done tomorrow or not.
If the filing gets done tomorrow, which I place 50/50 odds on, then Henry will obviously be discussing it.
If it is not filed tomorrow, Henry will tell shareholders what day it will be filed next week, and still provide a lot of information to shareholders, which should pull back the curtain on how big things really are. Even if the filing isn't out, Henry can still discuss things in it.
The call will be very beneficial, and that's why it will happen regardless of filing by tomorrow.
As I said, I give the filing a 50% chance of happening by tomorrow, a 75% chance of happening by Monday, a 90% chance of happening by Tuesday, and a 100% chance of happening by Wednesday.
