I’m curious as to the other filings as well. If the reason why this is taking so long is because they are doing 6 financials at the same time being that he wants or has to file them all this month.

RJ, NYCB,

In addition to RJ’s logic - I am invested in another company who are also trying to get current by filing their 2019 and 2020 fins. They said that they were notified that it will take up to 3 weeks for the review process - from filing the ‘catch up’ fins to getting them released - due to many reasons including volume (many companies are in the same boat).

My point is RJ may be on to some thing that the fins are already filed, and there fore CC announced, though we just cant see the fins yet, due to the process.

I don't why I didn't use common sense logic on it before but majority time every business posts earnings and then after hold a conference call. I expect filings at end Friday and CC to explain it.

RJ32, you are stating accurately what was said in the tweet, but I assure you, it was literal wording at that time, because at the time of that tweet, Feb 1, Henry believed the filing was not far away. Thus, how it was worded.

Fast forward to last week when the call was announced. It was done because Henry was convinced to schedule the call whether filing was going to be done or not, so he could address shareholders directly via Zoom, and not put out anymore tweets about delays, if it comes to that.

The CC will take place whether the filing is done tomorrow or not.

If the filing gets done tomorrow, which I place 50/50 odds on, then Henry will obviously be discussing it.

If it is not filed tomorrow, Henry will tell shareholders what day it will be filed next week, and still provide a lot of information to shareholders, which should pull back the curtain on how big things really are. Even if the filing isn't out, Henry can still discuss things in it.

The call will be very beneficial, and that's why it will happen regardless of filing by tomorrow.

As I said, I give the filing a 50% chance of happening by tomorrow, a 75% chance of happening by Monday, a 90% chance of happening by Tuesday, and a 100% chance of happening by Wednesday.
