Facts Henry is not allowed to discuss any material information that has not been released to the public. He can only discuss all the public information that has been disseminated. He can’t tell people what’s in the filings. Not sure why have a conference call if he can’t discuss new material information. I sure hope the filings hit tomorrow. It really doesn’t matter for the long term but in the short term it will continue to get smacked around

Also believe either way we are all good with the CC tomorrow, that's a confirm FACT per CEO Henry! No one can dispute that fact.

Agreed, the SEC filing will either come out tomorrow or next week.
No worries for me... $PHIL/CEO Henry has so many Catalysts coming out all year, I'm going to believe that he will keep his word to his shareholders and that's to "Increase Shareholder Value!"

It takes lots of time for it all to fall into place and execute!
