DBMM is STILL NON COMPLIANT!

From the Petition For review filing:

“Finally, the Law Judge's finding that DB had remedied its past violations and had complied with its current reporting obligations was CLEARLY ERRONEOUS in light of CorpFin's uncontested opinion that DB's amended curative AND SUBSEQUENT FILINGS and were materially deficient.”

TO THIS DAY, the SEC Division of Corp Fin’s contends that the “Super 10K” was not compliant and because it was never corrected, that ALL SUBSEQUENT FILINGS are non compliant because of it.

If they went back and amended that “super 10K”, it’s possible that Corp Fin’s might accept the subsequent filings.

Possible.

"Many much worse' is meaningless. Its DBMM that is on trial and if you want to make that comparison then revocation is the penalty for all companies who broke this law and no company has even had the chance to catch up on filings, just straight revocation. They dodged a bullet on that by no means of their own. Then they got a lenient penalty for the same transgression? They are also looking at whether DBMM has a chance to be investor friendly going forward. Since all the new filings have shown nothing but more losses and more debt its unlikely theyre suddenly going to turn over a new leaf after 18 years of failure with the same management. Theyve also ripped off IR personnel over the years and at least one shareholder who bankrolled them.

The SEC prioritizes by the amount of complaints. Obviously this one had many and thats why they are here.
