So let me get this straight, in the last 2 years they have reported late almost every time according to your insight. The only time it was late in the last 2 years was the most recent and was completed within the required 15 day extra time period with notice it would be late. Please be honest about the current trajectory of the company.

They have complied for over 2 years regardless of the current state of the company. There are many much worse, with noncompliance that are still trading pink. That should be the basis for why the harry are you still not giving me a second chance to prove I can be a good girl. GO DBMM$$$$> Even though its not always a good idea, (people referring to this company committing murder as a comparison) the old saying is, everyone deserves a second chance.
