If Paulson cuts an under the table deal with Mudrick I think thats illegal and the whole World would know about it - I may inquire to the SEC on all these 13F's and play dumb and ask them how recent they filed and get more info on them.

Can you perhaps write or call them if you know them I am going to talk to Paulson's legal Team this week and tell them our story. He ought to know about it. Also Why not talk to GS?

Unless we can convince him the warrants they sold him in that order are fraudulent he's not going to interested.
