The new formula is as follows:

125,000,000 warants
440,324,346 FORW outstanding shares
25,000,000 Cost of warrants
.20 Cost per share of warrants after TSNP 4 to 1 RS

Number of warrants x (TSNP Share pirce - Warrant Cost)/FORW outstanding shares.

So if TSNP share price is $10:

125,000,000 x (10 - .20)/440,324,346 = $2.78
