Our actual share price has been lower than it's actual value - likely because people cannot calculate our real value. That will change when Sharp states exactly how to calculate the value of our company and confirm the cost of the warrants - both of which he has unofficially aready done.

We are not making widgets. This company's stock price should directly correlate with the value of it's assets. It sould be higher based on management and potential growth, but it should never be lower.

I believe that the actual share price will move to it's real value or even higher as we move to the March 5 Conference Call.

Value of FORW today

At $6.00 TSNP, FORW = $1.64

Number of warrants x (TSNP Share pirce - Warrant Cost)/FORW outstanding shares.

So if TSNP share price is $6.00:

125,000,000 x (6.00 - .20)/440,324,346 = $1.64

This is a holding company. It's stock price should be at least the above value because it is based on assets. It would likely be higher due to potential future events (ie. CC introducing new assets), added value of CEO...
