Guessing is fun. My guess is the SEC is not watching. Because there has been nothing to watch.

Guessing illegal activities between yipi and Benny is only a guess. If not, then the evidence should have been forwarded over to the SEC during the time of their investigation. See below.

Maybe its not to late - post the proof of illegal activities between Benny and yipi here and I will forward them to the SEC myself.
