Magoo1, the excitement about Avatar is that it is our FIRST pivotal trial that we will approach the fda/tga. Clinicaltrials.gov says that trial should be finishing. Dr.M expects results by June.
The dosage is higher so it is expected that the signal will also be even better.

Wrong...replication is key....replication provides stronger evidence than statistical significance, practical significance (effect size) and clinical significance....replication, replication, replication....there is a replication crises in science today, as very few studies replicate with the same findings...if they replicate the same results, this drug is getting to market...bank on it....
