You're right that I wasn't speaking of DCVax-L, which I think will do far better, but I checked clinical trials and at least in our trial, all patients are on treatment with Temodar, which I gathered is the SOC. Here's a link:

I believe the intent in treating other cancers is to supplement with our vaccine, not eliminate other treatment. If in fact for some the vaccine by itself is curative, that would be great.
