But if you are a buy out candidate,, you want to look and be as successful as possible,,you want to be a profitable "going concern"'----makes you more valuable---the audited fins are mandatory and moving up to better and strong exchange increases value--NASDAQ would be the most preferable and bring the most value--You never want to give even the appearance that you're looking to bought out--!!!!! Just an ole brokers opinion--

I agree with GodFather. I've been speculating that something is on the very near horizon. To your point, I believe that that the company's actions lean stronger to a partnership than a buyout because of the reasons you've listed.

You are also overlooking the glaring question I posed around their debt.

You are aware that publicly traded companies can own other publicly traded companies correct?

It would still make sense for us to uplist, etc
