I sure as heck do not understand this so
let us assume that a person has 1 million shares
of ENZC and Gilead wants to buy ENZC would I
then get 1 million divided by GILD current
share price of 64.18 and have 15,581 shares of
GILD or will there be $$$ in addition to shares?
