I'm not going to argue with how they're funding everything. Seems one of the two is inevitable.

However, my question is this - If they're just going to be bought directly following the audit, why make a big deal about uplisting to OTCQB and forming a new subsidiary in Bulgaria (IMPL) for trials? Wouldn't that insinuate that the company expects to remain operating as they currently are for the foreseeable future?

I dont think its a buyout but I do think partnerships are done or in the works

I wouldn't mind. A big sum of money now is better than twice that sum of money in 1-3 years. It would change a lot of people's lives to have that money now, and most of us here could triple that money in a year's time. For example, I'd rather have $1 million now than $2 million in 18 months. JMO.
