Will be fascinated to see if SEC responds to your inquiry. I have a good friend who owns just a few shares. When I told him about the aradatum spin off plan his comment was "they don't believe in doing anything simple do they".
Like PINK, I hope it's not a way pull the rug out from underneath us. I do not believe it is as it seems whatever happens to us happens to the officers and directors that own cgei stock. That's my thinking.
