I was researching this last night and what I found actually simplifies being listed on the big boards when the entity is a subsidiary of a public company already. Therefore a new ticker can be created for the sub using the parent company symbol condensed in some way on other exchanges but is still CGE Energy Inc.
Just a stray thought. Maybe people will be more willing to put money into shares of aradatum because they will actually be buying into a publicly held and publicly run company. In CGEI, you have a publicly held company but essentially run as a private company because Bryan owns the majority of the shares and can essentially do whatever he wants. Not saying that is bad, fair is fair, but a truly publicly held and run company would probably attract more and larger investors I am guessing.
