They are not required to be listed in the ownership section. I never said that was where it was listed.

Cognate's ownership was mentioned in the 3/27/2020 10-k filing. The number of shares currently held was not listed per se, but it is implied that they still held the 12M shares which were discussed in the settlement described in the same document. With a current share count now of 800+M shares now outstanding, Cognate's 12M holding no long seems so potentially influential so this discussion might get dropped in the next 10-k regardless of whether they continue to hold the shares, but FWIW it was noted in the last 10-k.

Cognate BioServices also beneficially owned and/or had a contractual claim to receive a material percentage of our outstanding securities as of December 31, 2019. Since the management buyout of Cognate BioServices in February 2018, Cognate BioServices is no longer a related party; however, Cognate’s continued beneficial ownership of a material percentage of our outstanding securities could adversely affect the Company and/or our stock, for example if perceived adversely by investors, and could enable Cognate to exert influence over matters requiring approval by our stockholders, as well as over our business plans, strategies or operations.
