It depends how you break down the sentence. He could be helping the new CEO (of Strategic Health Care Alliance) do a merger with another company.

Or (we have never heard the deal is off with Strategic Health Care Alliance) but if it is then he would be starting from scratch again.

My gut feeling is Strategic HealthCare Alliance is out and a new deal is being consumated.

As he said he feels would be beneficial for the company and its shareholders. If it was Strategic Health Care Alliance being helped with a merger by Mark than he (Mark) could not make the statement which he thinks is beneficial for the company).

Hope it is a mining company in Brazil or something like that that has discovered a ton of precious metals/lithium on their land and anticipate millions of dollars in net revenue!!
