Tim- I appreciate your communication, but I will state that many of your emails are simply rhetorical insults--- you are free to send them, but they don't antagonize me and I don't have time to respond to them.

As for MIKP -- we have some very exciting developments and all will be announced as promised-- all the while, OTC Markets is putting together protocol for the new 211 procedures which I am confident can streamline our ability to be Pink Current and trading accordingly.

as for VGTL-- I am helping facilitate negotiations for a merger with a new CEO that I feel will be beneficial for the company and its shareholders. I anticipate we will have announcements on this within the next 7-10 days.
