In a non-political biased legal system, the Rule 60 would have a great chance

But it is obvious that Du and the 3 Clown appellate judges were politically biased in favor of generic drugs

With the Party in power also politically biased in favor of generics,

I think there is little chance the Rule 60 will survive all this political bias

That being said, I sincerely hope I am wrong

eight@ What your saying is - what should have kept all the small group of Freedom Fighters all over Europe in World War 2 - sitting at home with family - instead of Risking their Life fighting the Nazi Regime.

But every expert in warfare today say' that these small groups were essential in finally winning over suppressors.

If you want to improve/save the US Justice Systems - Someone has to have the guts to point out where it is at fault - and I would newer throw in the towel - long before even the Gong Gong sounds.

You being a Law educated person - should be the first to Support and Respect the team - that uses endless hours to build and fight this case - instead of posting demoralizing comments giving percentage of chances.

PS. I truly believe that Judge DU will actually look at the New filing laid before her - and allow to run the case if the evidence is strong enough.
