I’m not a power lifter and I like to row and run and bike, and I try not to stress any parts too much by distributing the exercise. I am thinking of starting yoga, which I have done some, but not regularly. I did not realize you’re ailing from your exercise but I hear you. Thanks for the warning.
Hang in there and I hope you can recover from the challenges of your old exercise routines.
I guess I am glad now that I only did the wimpy machines. Not as good as free weights (they fail to hit all the stabilizer muscles), but are not as hard on joints.
I do think weight work is a real value add to ones health. Especially as we get older.
