Okay, I lied bugstocks, per their SEC filing...
Ordinary shares issued and outstanding immediately after this offering
1,553,315,570 ordinary shares, comprised of 116,500,000 Class A ordinary shares and 1,436,815,570 Class B ordinary shares (or 1,570,790,570 ordinary shares if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full, comprised of 133,975,000 Class A ordinary shares and 1,436,815,570 Class B ordinary shares).
So 1.55B shares @ $10 = $15.5B market value.
They have a 37.6% gross profit, compared to our 12.6%.
They have a 5% net profit margin vs our 7%.
Based on their 1.55B shares outstanding and their $16M net profit for Q1-Q3 2020, that means an EPS of $0.01. For Q2 and Q3 for KAVL we had a $.013 EPS.
So these guys are going to be trading at a 1,000 P/E. Even though they have a 60% market share, a 1,000 P/E seems high, but if everyone in the space gets 1,000 EPS, I'm fine with that lol.
I will take a small R/S to get on NASD and get our 1,000 P/E.
