I don't see that $14B valuation.

What I see is 618M shares owned by insiders, plus they are selling 115M at $10, so roughly $7.3B at the $10 share price.

Regardless, based on their revenue and EPS, they should NOT be valued 36x KAVL. If anything, I'd expect them to be 5-10x KAVL at most which puts KAVL in the $3 range like you said.

Good find man, once they start trading that should really help us figure out a valuation here.
