As good a guess as any. There is a reason. It’s really delayed. Maybe their accountants got covid, then took holidays off, then got confused about flaskworks acquisition, and then had to figure out opinions OR maybe it’s something massive that started way back in Q3 2020 and caused every subsequent delay including canceling SNO and deciding to go the journal route to stall and facilitate a partnership or buyout.
I personally think it’s the former because that’s what they said in the NT10Q
