They said 'such as' Flaskworks acquisition; so not just the former; but I think the later; because DI now says to trocprofit that 10Q is out of their hands; what?? So, it could be at the hands of the acquiring BP, imo??; but is that possible??!

Then DI says yesterday the TLD is out of their hands as well; I don't think the acquiring BP would delay or control releasing the TLD or has any thing to do with unless both NWBio and that BP both know that FDA has already blessed the data and so it is up to the acquiring BP to take its own time. But if the data is with the FDA, then TLD is essentially at the hands of the FDA.

So there could be a max of two Mightys or just one involved in both the cases that you threw here.

Altogether very interesting situation we are in, imo. Those who believe in will continue to hold on because like DI said they shouldn't worry needlessly. Those who worry needlessly should sell and move on, imo. We are NOT selling.
