I agree there is that possibility and I only post these consequences because there apparently are consequences for not filing in a timely manner. Point being is yes we were unfairly sent to the grey market but has anyone given thought that if that event never happened we would still have ended up on the grey market for being a delinquent filer and that one is totally on Soli! I’m sorry but any CPA would have known how to properly accounted for our purchase of CareClix. We are not the first corporation to purchase assets of another corporation!
And while every other SEC registrant company has no problem meeting filing requirements if they want to be taken seriously, and not incur the wrath of the nasty feds with their unfair laws.
