Evening all, just gonna throw something that don't seem to be obvious...and may not be applicable. BUT, COVID19 has thrown a wrench in every part of our lives, is it possible somehow (and don't ask me what, cause I have no idea) that things are held-up at the OTC or wherever because COVID19 has played a role in its delay???
