It's not the case It's self particularly it mostly the time frame ,since they are all SEC cases. Imo

This decision is way overdue. The SEC never stated this was a special case. They are outside their own rules. If this takes much longer, expect management to file a complaint or lawsuit for delays. That is the companies last action available. I know the SEC will ignore any complaints. Not only can a company be buried by a naked short position, the SEC can also bury you by forcing you into filing to go bankrupt, therefore their decision has no merit. Good luck to all !!!!
