This case had no Petition for review filed.
The initial decision (March 3rd, 2020) was never petitioned for review, nor did the commission decided to review the case on its own.
I find it odd the the case didn’t just automatically become finalized after the 21st day of the initial decision (because their was no Petition For Review filed by either party).
Regardless, it has no similarities to the DBMM case whatsoever.
You can expect the DBMM case to take FAR LONGER to decide.
I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
