Hey Thermoo,
First of all Im grateful and happy you were able to convey your thoughts on the 10Q, dont get me wrong. Als I suspect you are able and have been in contact with NWBO management directly which only very few can. Like I said I would have been most content if NWBO itself had PRed and acknowledged that they are aware they are delinquent in the filing, stated that they are working on the 10Q, and have been granted permission by SEC and or OTC to file delayed. But they haven't.

We always for years have to rely on people such as yourself, Sentiment, or the feedback of 10baggerz who spoke with ID or LG and others to hear what the status is. You understand that such a situation is far from ideal.

The part I am concerned about from your post, and is of course of no wrongdoing of you, is where we/I am still in the unknown if NWBO has been granted permission to delay the 10Q this long. The constilation price that if we were to be moved to the pinks and still can be traded is in so far a real disappointed because that would mean an immense stock price drop which no one wants, not even NWBO I presume.

Great post, thermoo. I think your post came closer to solving the Gordian knot of the delinquent 10Q than most of the posts. Your answers at least to me give insight into the future ramifications of this delay. DI told 10baggerz that "everyone will be notified when we file" and hopefully they will file soon.

Thanks Thermoo. A fair post. I do not think it is likely they are acting without some sense that they are OK. But none of us know anything for sure. There is bound to be reasonable, rational guessing and yours is fair and reasonable.

Thanks for all you, your group and your friends are doing for the company and thereby the patients. I appreciate the candor of your posts, and even though I think you are as blinded as the rest of us when it comes to the actual factual information, I am sure you know a lot more about the attitude of the company than we do. I doubt that you have not picked up valuable hints, whether verbal or physical (tone of voice etc.) from your interactions with management.

Though I will never know, I had the opportunity to get involved with an investment group many years ago, as we had talks about me managing the 'company' and the legal implications for the group*. I would have had to increase my knowledge of taxation issues, but that didn't seem like too much work. I decided to take a job in the gaming industry instead, which was fun and hectic. I think I would have loved to work with you and your group as you guys seem to be socially motivated in your investment goals, which I have a ton of respect for.
