I noticed a few questions pointed my direction, and so a few comments. Sorry if these do not fully answer questions.
I see that anders2211 didn’t like my response to the delinquent 10Q and, in a related question, learningcurve2020 wants if I have any special protection if the company goes dark (become a non-reporting company) for an extended period of time.
First, I’m not sure what Anders didn’t like about my response: (a) it didn’t answer his question or (b) he didn’t like my answer. I went back and reread what I wrote, which can be summarized as: delisting is a “valid concern”. If they are delisted it is “not ideal…but the stock will still trade”. OTC-Markets can provide another extension and there is a good chance* they will receive one. I still think what I wrote was fair and balanced (I sound like Fox News now). Even though I said they had a “good chance” to receive another extension, they didn’t get one. Okay, but the sky didn’t fall. I’m still okay with what I wrote.
Responding directly to learningcurve2020: I have no special protection (dividend or other penalty) that will mitigate my losses versus those of the others. As far as what I’m prepared to do… I’m not even thinking about it since it won’t happen. I can’ t say everything I know on this board…it would not be smart. But I’m confident the 10Q issue will be fixed. I expect it will be soon but it may take longer than I expect…but it will be fixed.
I could go on about what I do think about … but I won’t bore anyone with that. What I am doing is being patient and working on other investments.
* If I say “good chance” that generally means ~ 60/40. I have some basis for what I write but it is a judgement. If I say highly confident that generally means I’m pretty sure. If I say certain…well, I‘ll almost never say certain because, well, we could all be struck by a meteor as I’m pressing send and, well, not good.
