Good info. I remember this case from the Spring, when lucky,mydog posted about it here. I remember counting the weeks from the original suspension, to the arrest, and then thinking Berman's timetable would have been the same timeline. But, that would have been July for Berman!

I remember being disappointed that nothing was happening against him yet. Turns out that the DECN case was a much bigger one, and needed months more of evidence gathering.

I remember reading the ARYC posts from the CEO, referenced in the legal filings, and how ridiculous they were. Things like, I'm buying a million shares today, this is a sure 10 bagger (not an actual quote, but it was that outrageous). Berman hasn't done that, but in other ways has done much worse.

Did you catch that the docs state Berman spent $360k of company funds on online live porn?
