It's totally on topic. It is discussion of what DECN might be facing by looking at the events of another Covid-19 scam stock, that the SEC also suspended in the Spring, and resulted in criminal charges against the CEO.

This is how the SEC proceeded in that case, and could easily be a playbook for the events that Berman will face. For instance, that case has the bail documents (some confidential) in the case files. Hopefully, those docs will show up here in the DECN proceedings, in the next month or so. Of course it won't be exactly the same, but there are many similarities with the DECN Covid-19 pump.
