Well..that is why I mentioned potential overreach this past Friday. I was personally effected by a change in statutes some years back...and was not allowed a "grandfather" in court. It may have been unfair to not allow me said "grandfather clause"...but at the same time..it would have set a precedence. As such, I fully understood.
Beware new laws..for the best intentions may have damaging unintentional results. So..best case is to cross your fingers..and good luck to you.
