Yeah. I've been informed this bill directly affects what my company does. What's not clear yet, is the nature of the effect:good vs bad.

Don't get me wrong, I welcome more rules like this. I feel people do what they do in the pinks because the consequences are relatively minor compared to the potential gains.

Anyway, I say it affects the company but we aren't public and it really just affects the products my company "produces" one of which is model of risks. Only time will tell if we need to tweak our model or if we even can tweak the model enough to keep things working positively for our customers.

Interesting times.
