and for those who've asked .. yes .. imo this (DEC 2020) is OCT 2019's *set up* efforts via NR (non retail) re: *volume*

DEC 2020 re: PTOI is the highest *volume* by month in 2020
and recent *efforts* put 2020 *over* (washed) efforts of YTD 13M~ (2017/2018)

final confirmation comes from what is *reported* to Finra for this month

that data is due by second week or so of JAN 2021
