I would agree as well, but in coorelation to the facts, you cannot have a company that is filing consistently, and then revoke them only to see 100's of stocks still sitting on pink missing 3 to 8 years of fins which is more than this ticker ever went dark. It is a travesty regardless of what happens in the end. Not a level playing field and not in the best interest of investors like they preach.
