I am glad there is at least one other professional that can observe from photos, and has the clarity to post how dangerous, un-professional, and downright deadly those installations appear in the photos. The idea of installing a machine having rotating parts, reciprocating mass of various vectors, on top plastic shrink wrapped cinder blocks is beyond my comprehension.
Let’s not forget the absence of $30 EXIT signs, emergency corridor lighting, fire breaks, photo electric and ionization smoke detection. These guys are azz clowns, pure and simple.
And they wonder about how the fire started ( or “could” have been set, in my opinion)
