I don't know Kabunushi, I just don't get it. Why sell at $1.70+ just to save on a favorable tax rate of 17% when if they held onto the stock into 2021 and say sold it for $50+ ? Granted as you point out the rumored tax rate of 37% would be higher but the recipient is still receiving 63% of profit. What am I missing? Thanks,
