i don't know, but decn is not special in that regard. nmgx and nbdr are still open as well. it's a mystery to me how alj's schedule their cases.

to add to my previous response. just today the sec denied a 550 petition on a company that appealed on 7/9/19. the last brief was filed 9/12/19.
