You know, at some point, people can't always rely on others for the answers.

I'm betting if someone really wants the answer, they can look up some of the SEC contacts in the filings, either call or email them, and simply ask why there has been no decision, and when one can be expected.

i don't know, but decn is not special in that regard. nmgx and nbdr are still open as well. it's a mystery to me how alj's schedule their cases.

Slow walking the hearing was expected, even Bozo berman thought the hearing on the suspension wouldn't be until sometime in 2021.
