Interesting. So that one was several months quicker! At this point, given the new findings, which reinforce the older ones, there is zero chance to undoing the DECN suspension. There has been a lot of delusion going on here, but even the most delusional are not looking for the suspension to be overturned.
Wondering if the SEC will file another document to the suspension case with the newer details, to just finish the slam dunk in Berman's face?
